5. Service Limitations

- Urban Experts does not guarantee permanent pest elimination after a single treatment unless stated otherwise.
- Cleaning outcomes depend on surface condition, age, and maintenance history.
6. Safety & Damage Policy

- Urban Experts is not responsible for pre-existing damages or wear and tear.
- Any damage caused directly due to our service must be reported within 24 hours.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
- No refunds will be provided for services already completed.
8. Health & Environmental Compliance
- Customers must inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions prior to service.
