1. Service Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may not qualify for a refund.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Services were not provided as agreed or were incomplete.
- Technical errors occurred in service booking or payments.
- Multiple attempts were made to rectify the issue without resolution.
3. Refund Process
- Customers must contact Urban Experts via phone, WhatsApp, or email to request a refund.
- Refund requests will be reviewed, and a decision will be communicated within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
4. No Refund Conditions
- Completed services delivered as per agreed scope.
- Issues arising from customer’s property conditions or external factors.
- Delays or issues caused by customer unavailability during the scheduled service.
5. Service Adjustments
- In case of partial service issues, Urban Experts may offer service repetition or adjustment instead of a full refund.
- Any adjustments will be scheduled at the earliest available date convenient to the customer.
